We provide assistance in the completion of DSS, HEAP, Social Security Disability, WIC forms, housing, health care navigation applications and much more. Due to limited English and reading ability, many of our clients come to our office because they do not understand the written social service correspondences they receive. ACCESS of WNY provides the community with support and assistance in obtaining many vital case management services including temporary emergent assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, rental assistance, home subsidy, utility assistance, and food vouchers. Our organization has partnered with Neighborhood Legal Services to provide New York State healthcare navigation once a month. The organization plays a very important role in assisting those with limited reading and writing skills.
